Call us first at (541) 327-3758. If we are closed or can’t take it, go to the nearest emergency animal hospital and call them on the way.

What if my pet needs help right away?
Phone first, so we can tell you whether to come in or head to an emergency hospital. Holiday closures are posted at the top of every page of this site.
Which animals do you see?
Dogs and cats. If you have another kind of pet, call and we will point you to the right clinic.
How do I book a visit?
Send the appointment request on this site and we will call you back during clinic hours, or call (541) 327-3758. You can also email cvcllc@gmail.com.
Can I get a refill without coming in?
Often, yes. Send a refill request and we will call when it is ready. Some medicines need a recent exam first; we will tell you if that applies.
Where do I park?
Right out front on the gravel. There is accessible parking by the porch and a level walk to the door.
Do you take CareCredit?
Yes, Countryside is a CareCredit provider. Ask at the front desk about other ways to pay.
